Ferry Building, San Francisco

I finally made it to the Ferry Building!  We went right after finishing dim sum, so I was too full to actually eat anything.  However, there were tons of great stores and vendors carrying items from fresh produce, Blue Bottle Coffee, and ceramics to Bomboloni (Italian donuts).  For a full list of merchants, check out the list here!

Blue Bottle Coffee, San Francisco

San Francisco sure knows you to haze a girl.  After being in the city for less than 24 hours, I got a parking ticket, my back car window was shattered, and my car was ransacked.  Fortunately, the vandals were nice enough to leave most of my things, including my favorite jacket, and they even left me a cinnamon roll.  Delicious.

Since then, however, things have brightened up.  The car repair shop took a liking to me and not only let me leave my car overnight, but also gave me 50% off.  I also discovered Blue Bottle Coffee.  I’d heard of it before, and seen photos of their drinks, but I got to experience it first hand yesterday.  Despite the fact that Blue Bottle has multiple locations, I somehow managed to find my way to the Kiosk location.  I must say, this was one of the best lattes I’ve had.  In an alley no less.  (I wasn’t as excited about the cookie.)
